500g cooked Cap Ikan Mas Jasmine Rice
2 egg, lightly beaten
100g prawns, peeled.
50g mixed vegetable (Corn, green peas and carrot)
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onions, chopped

Increase the heat to maximum and add the rice, fish and soy sauce, tomato paste, stirring constantly until well mixed and heated through. Serve garnished with the shredded omelet, cucumber and tomatoes.
Accompany, if liked, with a fried egg, fried chicken, satay or krupuk.
